ABOUT FEELA
FEELA is a premier organization representing the technical workforce—primarily Overseers and promoted Assistant Engineers—within the Local Self-Government Department of Kerala. With a legacy spanning over 12 years and a growing family of over 3,000 members, FEELA has emerged as a model for category-based organizations in the state.
We are a proud constituent of CEE Kerala (Consortium of Engineering Employees Kerala), a unified platform that bridges engineering employees across various departments including PWD and Irrigation. Our core philosophy is the "Politics of Friendship," ensuring that no member stands alone in the face of professional or personal challenges.
