"FEELA Santhvanam" is one of our longstanding and heartfelt initiatives, dedicated to providing vital financial and legal assistance to colleagues facing significant life challenges. Our commitment is not just limited to our members; we extend our support to the broader community, demonstrating our dedication to social responsibility. An exemplary act of this initiative occurred in 2020 when we built a house for Thankamma, a mother in need, funded entirely by the organization's one-year working funds. This project exemplifies our mission to make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most, showcasing the spirit of solidarity and compassion that defines FEELA.

FEELA sets itself apart by organizing comprehensive technical classes across all districts, a unique service not offered by any other organization. Our dedicated team of faculty members and expert instructors have successfully conducted over 1500 classes, providing our members with essential knowledge and skills in their field. These classes cover a wide range of technical subjects, ensuring our members stay updated with the latest industry practices and innovations. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, we adapted quickly by transitioning to online platforms, ensuring the continuity of high-quality education. This adaptability allowed us to maintain crucial interactions with key software like Price 3, highlighting our commitment to continuous learning and professional development for our members, regardless of the circumstances.

The FEELA Handbook is an invaluable resource that significantly simplifies the process of handling building construction files. By coordinating the necessary rules and regulations for each type of project, the handbook ensures our members have quick and easy access to essential information. It includes comprehensive data, orders, circulars, and other critical information needed for renovation and construction works. This tool has become indispensable for Supervisors, Assistant Engineers, and Assistant Executive Engineers within the department, streamlining their tasks and improving efficiency. The FEELA Handbook not only aids in day-to-day operations but also enhances the overall quality of work, ensuring projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

FEELA Fest is our annual cultural event designed to rekindle and celebrate the artistic talents of our members, which may have been overlooked in their busy professional lives. Launched on May 1st, 2023, in Aluva, FEELA Fest has quickly become a vibrant and eagerly anticipated cultural gathering. This event provides a platform for our members to showcase their creative abilities, from music and dance to visual arts and theater. The enthusiasm and support from our District Committees have been overwhelming, contributing to the festive atmosphere and sense of community. Looking forward, we plan to expand FEELA Fest to include more sports competitions, further enriching the community spirit. These events foster a sense of unity and camaraderie among our members, making FEELA Fest a highlight of our annual calendar.
