This organization serves as a vital support system, adept at navigating the intricacies of both personal and professional challenges faced by its members. Through fostering a culture of camaraderie and collaboration among individuals occupying similar positions, FEELA has successfully created a platform where issues, whether personal or service-related, can be effectively tackled and resolved.

FEELA Santhvanam

We offer vital financial and legal aid to colleagues in need. In 2020, we used our working funds to build a house for Thankamma, embodying our commitment to community support.

The Window of Knowledge

We organize technical classes across districts, unmatched by others. Over 1500 classes conducted with expert faculty, even during COVID-19, maintaining interactions with software like Price 3.

FEELA Handbook

Simplifies handling building construction files, containing crucial rules and data. A trusted resource for Supervisors, Assistant Engineers, and Assistant Executive Engineers, enhancing efficiency in renovation works.

FEELA Fest

An annual cultural event, reviving members' artistic talents. Launched in 2023, enthusiastically supported by District Committees. Future plans include expanding to include more sports competitions, fostering community spirit.
